The Miss Frederick’s Sweethearts Program is our local chapter of the Miss America’s Little Sisters Program!

Through this program each Little Sister will be paired with a contestant who is competing for the title of Miss Frederick, Miss Central Maryland, Miss Frederick’s Teen and Miss Central Maryland’s Teen, and this contestant will serve as your child’s mentor and friend throughout pageant month (and hopefully beyond!).

We encourage our Little Sisters to get involved with their Miss Frederick/Central Maryland contestant by asking questions, volunteering with her community service project, learning what it takes to be a local representative, and begin dreaming of the day they will be competing for Miss Frederick or Miss Central Maryland!

Girls ages 3-12 are eligible to participate in this program. All who participate will receive a crown and sash bestowed on them at a tea party with the contestants and participate in an on-stage dance number during the competition!

And whether your child’s Big Sister wins one of the titles or not, we invite all of our Little Sisters to take part in some fun events throughout the year, most especially parades throughout the area. We have so much fun at these events and hope your little one might like to join us!
